Letter to the General Manager
“In the over thirty years that I have been buying vehicles, I have never been motivated to write a letter to any dealership until now. As you are aware, there have always been publicly viewed, stereotypical disparaging characteristics associated with the purchase of a new vehicle, such as sales pressure, nominal trade-in values, financing add-ons etc. Nevertheless, I would like to say that your staff has completely eliminated those paradigms.
For several weeks in late October, I had been researching dealerships from southern Virginia to northern Pennsylvania (on the Internet) looking for a new Dodge Ram truck with specific accessories. I finally located one in your inventory. My initial e-mail to your dealership received a courteous response with no sales pressure whatsoever. Upon my arrival, I was met by Mr Dale Howard who took me directly to the truck I was looking for and allowed me all the time I needed for an inspection and test drive. Later, I spoke with Mr Bill Welsh who finalized the financial part of the transaction. Both of these individuals were exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly – fair. They indeed conducted themselves as true professionals.
Even after I had purchased the vehicle, your dealership sent me a variety of customer service coupons, which is something I had never before received from any dealership, to include Mercedes! Normally, with most dealerships their motto seems to be based on the phrase, ‘out of sight, out of mind.’
The bottom line is this – Your staff made my visit to your dealership an enjoyable experience and will indeed have me returning when I decide to purchase another vehicle. please give your staff my thanks for their outstanding efforts.”

“I would like to commend your staff in the service department for exceptional customer service. You have a great team! Tim especially.
On March 23rd, someone broke into my car to steal it. They messed up the ignition and other little things on my car. Unfortunately, I let me auto insurance lapse. I explained the situation to Tim and he was very sympathetic and caring. I told him that I really needed my car. I asked him was there anyway that I can eliminate some of the charges. Basically, I just needed to be able to drive it. Well, Tim made that possible. He was absolutely wonderful! He explained that people have hard times and to try to look on the bright side. Which is what I did. I was able to get my car back.
Tim is a great asset to your dealership. He really knows how to talk to customers when they are in need. I have had really bad experiences with car dealerships, but I can tell you that I recommend Reed Brothers Doge to all my friends and co-workers. I tell them they have the best service.
